Refund policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The return request must be made within 2 of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.


Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 2 of delivery to request a return. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in our return confirmation email.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, you may request an exchange within 2 days, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund (as per our policy).


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at shria.official@gmail.com.

Kindly include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue promptly. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used or worn items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
